Commercial General Liability – General Liability insurance coverage allows you to focus on your work and preparing your team with the comfort that comes with knowing your organization and volunteers are protected. This coverage is designed to cover your non-profit team, responding to claims of accidental bodily injury or damage to the property of others which allegedly arises out of the operations of your team, mentors, and volunteers.
Directors & Officers Liability – Your team wouldn’t exist without the efforts of the board volunteers who devote their time and energy to coordinating and maintaining the organization. These executive board members are particularly vulnerable to claims brought by others for financial loss. Some examples might include allegations of misrepresentation, mismanagement of funds, wrongful dismissal of an employee, etc.
Non-Owned Automobile – In those cases where a volunteer is operating their personal vehicle while working on behalf of the Organization and is involved in an auto accident, this coverage is available to respond when a claim is brought against the Organization for its involvement in having the person on the road for ‘business’ purposes when the accident occurred.
Property Coverage – Your Team may have purchased or received a donation of equipment or supplies. Coverage is available to protect this equipment, ensuring your organization can recover quickly to replace its gear and continue operations in the event of a loss or damage.
